We have a double room (incl bills) in our friendly house share. It is available anytime from the 13th of December (however, can move out at the beginning of December if need be).

The room and flat are in good condition and it is 4 minute walk from Earlsfield station.

The flat is clean and tidy with modern furnishings and has bills, wi-fi and regular cleaner included.

There is the greenery of King Georges Park and a gym 5 minutes’ walk away.

Earlsfield is well located for access to Waterloo (13 min), Clapham Junction (5 min), Wimbledon (5 min) and bus routes to nearby Tooting and Putney.

Rent is £585pcm including bills and a cleaner.

You will get to live with 3 fantastic housemates.

Sarah who is another professional working Australian. She is bubbly and knows some great places for a few drinks or a nice dinner. She is also all over different social or sporting events to attend.

Andrew is a professional working South African. He is relaxed and always up for a Netflix night with us girls.

Rixt is new to our flat and just recently moved in. She is professional working and super lovely.

They are all very social and busy on weekends doing their own thing. However, also enjoy a night in watching a tv series, relaxing and having cups of tea.
