Double Room in cosy Earlsfield flat

I am moving out of my lovely flat in Earlsfield after living here for over two years. The room becoming available is a double room and would suit a friendly girl looking for a cosy, homely flat to share with two other girls. The room will be available from 17th November.

The room comes furnished with a double bed (no mattress), bedside table, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
The flat is split level over three floors and the room is located on the top floor. You would be sharing the bathroom with one other tenant.
The kitchen/living room has two sofas and a TV, a table and chairs and all the usual mod cons (washing machine, microwave etc).
My two flatmates (Australian and South African) are lovely and in their early thirties; they are clean and tidy and we are therefore looking for someone in full time employment, respectful, friendly and who enjoys a chat at the end of the day but who also has her own life and friends.

The flat has a great location on a residential street with Earlsfield overground station a 7min walk away which is three stops from London Waterloo station and two from Vauxhall (Victoria line) with trains at least every 5min on week days. From the top of the street you can catch either one of two buses that will take you 10min along the road to Tooting Broadway (Northern Line) or in the other direction to Wandsworths Southside shopping centre.

The flat is perfectly located for all of the shops, amenities, bars/independent cafés (perfect for brunch at weekends!) that nearby Garratt Lane has to offer. We also have a number of parks within walking distance.

Bills are not included in the monthly amount, they are shared between the three of us and come to around £85 each per month.
