Double room with balcony in Earlsfield

One double bedroom available in a stunning two bed flat, 5- 7 minute walk from Earlsfield Station.

The apartment is conveniently located along the River Wandle with King George’s Park on the other side.

The bedroom walks out onto the balcony with river views and it feels really private being on the corner with nobody looking in which is rare for London. The apartment also has a lot of storage space.

I’m moving out as I’ve bought a flat, I’ve loved living here for the last 2.5 years and wouldn’t leave otherwise.

You will be sharing with Hannah - I’m a consultant at IBM and sometimes travel around mon-Thurs but most recently I’m based in London. I love a good bottle wine (wine subscription comes in very handy) and not a bad baker 🧑🏻‍🍳. Generally like to keep the place clean and tidy, in the evenings I’m fairly chilled watching something (Netflix, amazon, Disney.. take your pick). And at the weekends normally mooching about somewhere and depending on the hangover levels I try to keep fit running or cycling.

We are really flexible on move in dates, end of July/ early August would work for me however just let me know what your expectations are and I’ll see what I can do.
