The WC and shower are directly opposite the room. The shared kitchen includes a washing machine, fridge, cooker, microwave, and air fryer.
The facilities are shared with just one other room. Both rooms are on the first floor and are essentially self-contained.
I live independently on the ground floor and do not share any space on the first floor—so you won't be sharing with me.

I own the house, and I am looking for a quiet, clean, and respectful person who will fit in well here.
This setup would particularly suit someone with a demanding job or working in hospitality, who needs a hassle-free, clean, warm and relaxing place to unwind after a long day.

Earlsfield (SW18) is a young, vibrant, and safe area with excellent transport links—day or night—making it easy to get almost anywhere in London.
No deposit required if you can provide good work and personal references. Rent is paid weekly.
