Lovely room in house share near Station!

I will be moving out of my lovely room in Earlsfield at the end of the month.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, clothes rack and large chest of drawers but of course you are also welcome to bring your own furniture.

The flat is split over two floors and the room is located on the first floor. You would be sharing the bathroom (also on 1st floor) with one other tenant.

The two current flatmates (South African & Aussie) are in their early thirties, both clean, tidy and considerate. They're looking for someone like-minded, in full time employment, friendly and who enjoys a chat and a glass of wine at the end of the day but is also respectful of each other’s privacy and of the current Covid restrictions (although thank goodness life is returning back to normal soon!).

The flat has a great location on a quiet residential street. Earlsfield train station is a 5min walk with regular trains to London Waterloo (3stops) via Clapham Junction. From the top of the street you can catch a 10min bus to Tooting Broadway (Northern Line) or 10min in the other direction to Wandsworths Southside shopping centre. There’s plenty of shops, bars and cafes nearby and also a number of parks within walking distance.

The landlord is very friendly and is always quick to respond to any repairs, etc.

Bills are not included but work out to be around £80 each per month.
