Double room in quiet, well situated location

Hi All!

We have a double room available in a lovely, quiet street in Earlsfield. The location is really great. We are about a 7 minutes walking from Earlsfield station, from which you can reach Clapham Junction in 3 minutes, Vauxhall in 7 minutes, and Waterloo in 12 minutes. There is also Wandsworth common and Tooting Broadway stations within walking distance and regular buses running nearby.

The view from the bedroom window is a large green back garden. There is minimal traffic on our road, which makes for a very nice, peaceful atmosphere. There is parking right outside the house, which requires a permit.

As you can see in the pictures, we have a good-sized south facing garden, which we often use for BBQs and general socializing together in the warmer months. We also share a decent sized lounge and a small, but functional kitchen.

About the housemates:

We are a group that get on very well and would love someone who adds to the family atmosphere of the house. We are a creative bunch who enjoy socializing together, playing music, pubs, concerts, and a whole host of other fun things. Although we are in 1 couple and 1 male, we would be very happy to have either male OR female. One of the current housemate's girlfriend is often here, so another girl would not feel out of place :)

We deprive a lot by cleaning the house. We look for someone who is well organized and clean like us.

Also, the new tenant will be part of the letting contract (the house contract). The minimum stay period is 12 months, but you can leave after 6 months (with 1-month notice).

Single Room - £670pm rent - all bills come to roughly £80/£90pm - Deposit £675.
