Looking to rent out a good-sized, light double bedroom with ample storage and room to WFH in a very quiet 1st / 2nd floor maisonette just over 5 mins walk from Earlsfield station (15 mins on the train to London Waterloo). The other bedroom is ensuite so you would have main use of the bathroom (which is next to the kitchen).

The flat also has a large sitting room, and stairs down to a private garden at the back. Fast broadband, Sky, Netflix, and Amazon Prime are all included.

I'm currently working in real estate investment management in the City, and am in the office 3-4 days a week and working from home the rest of the time. Looking for an easy-going, friendly professional, ideally someone that likes their own space. Small, non-yappy dogs allowed, but only after an initial trial period.

I'm normally out a few nights a week, and like to escape London for the occasional weekend. Wide range of interests including music, sport, films, and reading.
