Gorgeous room in SW - Wandsworth/Earlsfield

Hey!! (looking for a guy only, sorry gals)

One of our housemates is moving out our lovely house to relocate back home so we have a double room available from 27th Nov in SW London - Wandsworth/ Earlsfield

The house has a spacious kitchen/living area, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a garden. The room will be unfurnished but has 2 large built in wardrobes. The house is situated on a quiet street, less than a 10 min walk to Earlsfield Station and close to Wandsworth Common.

You’ll be living with myself (Maya, 24) a Graphic Designer, Frazer (28) a sustainability project manager and Niran (26) a social media manager. We are a super friendly, fun, sociable house, and we’re looking for a similar person who is also clean and tidy to join us. We enjoy cooking together; lasagne and games (or a BBQ in summer), playing sport (tennis / running / gym), or pub night/ quiz!

We are preferably looking for a guy to keep the balance, and 24-30yrs. Ultimately we want our new housemates to be easy-going and chill, that we can hang out with and become friends with but ofc also do our own things.

The room is a double bedroom (despite the single bed in the pic): £750 plus bills (approx £100 per month). The room is nice and light, with lots of storage and a view of the grass tennis courts on the other side of the road. It has plenty of space for a desk too.
