Short 7 Week Stay - Double Room In Gorgeous Flat!

We have a lovely, light double bedroom available in our 3 bed maisonette situated right by Wandsworth Common and Earlsfield at £800 per month. Deposit is £1010.

A bit about the room:
The room comes furnished or unfurnished..
*It already has a double bed and mattress, chest of drawers, shelving unit and a wardrobe in the room that the current tenant bought off the previous tenant, so if they’re needed it would be at a cost of £150 as the flat is officially unfurnished. If you do decide to take the furniture it will be your responsibility to remove it at the end of the tenancy.

The bedroom overlooks the back of the property and our neighbours gardens so super quiet which is a bonus and gets the morning light which is so nice! (Has a black out blind so also great for lie-ins!)

The flat:
Situated on the 1st and 2nd floor. We all share a massive reception room complete with kitchen, large bay window, a 3 seat sofa, smart tv with Netflix etc and x4 dining chairs and a dining table.
The sofa was bought by previous and current tenants on the condition when someone moves out, the new person reimburses their share to keep the sofa in the flat - this is £65. This will need to be paid to the leaving tenant upon moving in.

The kitchen is amazingly spacious and has so much storage!! We each have a cupboard and a load of space in the fridge/freezer. New modern electric hob oven and dishwasher. Washing machine is in the hallway cupboard which is perfect as it shuts away the noise! You will be sharing the shower room on the same floor with one other tenant as I have sole use of the bathroom on the top floor.

A bit about us:
I’m Sophie, 35, a Fashion Stylist and Emma, 34, works in Marketing in Events. We both work full time, Mon-Friday.
I’m an avid brunch goer, love going on long walks and grabbing a coffee en route, cycling, running, reformer pilates and boxing.
Emma is from Devon originally and when down there enjoys sea swimming, paddle boarding, walking and the outdoors. When she’s in London she enjoys socialising, brunches, yoga and city events.
When we are both together in the house we will often cook and love watching a new Netflix show!

*Please note this is not a party household. We require someone who is very respectful of others, is very tidy, cleans up after themselves and wants the home to feel like a home and take care of it. Also, no pets allowed I’m afraid.

*Non-smokers only as I have bad asthma, that also includes no vaping.

Bills:
We each take care of a bill, they total to roughly around £100 each. We’re in CT band D (Wandsworth Council.)

Our landlady is local and very response if we have any issues. She will require full references and someone in full time permanent employment, no students or freelancers sorry.
