About the room
Good sized double bedroom with lots of natural light and plenty of storage. Room is fully furnished.
Room can be reconfigured to include a small desk and chair for working if required (desk and chair can be provided).
Room comes with sole use of shower room next door during the week.

About the house
Its is an Edwardian maisonette recently refurbished and has a lovely garden out back.

All the bills are included in the rent and the house has fast WiFi and the kitchen has a washing machine and a dishwasher and a cleaner comes every other week.

Its a 6 mins walk from earlsfield station with trains direct to waterloo in 12 mins, and the district and northern line are 15 mins walk/bus away. The house has a pub at either end of the road plus all the usual pubs, restaurants, cafes etc on the high street.

About me
I am a professional who splits her working days between the city and home (I have a study I work from when at home). My evenings and weekends tend to be a mix of meeting friends, going to the gym, doing an outdoor activity or just relaxing at home.

I have a beautiful, well behaved and friendly cat so animal lovers are in luck.
