Spacious en-suite room in modern new build flat 🏡

Hey 👋🏼 I’m currently in the market for a friendly new flatmate as my current roomie moves out in May (this can be flexible as he’s moving home, so can potentially be earlier)

🚇 The flat is a 15~ minute walk from Tooting Broadway, Earlsfield and Wimbledon, or a 3-5 minute bus ride / cycle to each.

🛍️ We’ve got lots of restaurants, shops and pubs nearby, as well as a Lidl, Starbucks and Greggs 30 seconds over the road. Plus a gym directly beneath the flat.

🛏️ The room comes furnished with blackout curtains, a double bed (ottoman storage) and an (extra) large fitted wardrobe.

⏲️ We have a modern kitchen with all integrated appliances and washer/dryer.

☕️ If you enjoy your morning coffee outdoors, we have a large balcony and access to communal gardens.

📦 We’ve also got 24/7 concierge for all those amazon deliveries!

🧍🏼‍♂️As for me, I’m a pretty laid back guy who works in Tech Partnerships and work from home 2-3 times a week.

🏃🏻‍♂️ I spend most of my free time running hyrox races, playing football, or catching up with friends over coffee or a pint. Very partial to a lazy movie / series night with a takeaway.

🏡 I’ve lived with both guys/girls in the past so pretty easy going in that regard. Main things I’m after in a flatmate are that we get on well and that you value a (reasonably) clean home haha..
