Double room in SW18 | 4 Bed House | 3 Guys

We are Tom, Ollie & Jim, and have lived in our house in Earlsfield for just under a year with our friend Ollie (2). Unfortunately, Ollie 2 is moving elsewhere but we'd love to stay in our amazing house, so we're looking for someone fun and like minded to take our spare room.

The House
The house has been fairly recently refurbished so is in great condition. We’re lucky to have a huge kitchen / dining space that leads out into a lovely patio & garden. We also have a separate living area and two shared bathrooms (between 3 people), so we don't struggle for space. The kitchen has a dishwasher and we have a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The Bedroom
The room itself is fully furnished with an ottoman double bed and mattress, in addition to a wardrobe, bedside table and 2 x chest of drawers. The room is 3.10m by 2.90m and has plenty of natural light from a large window. The room is located on the first (middle) floor of the house in-between a bathroom and another bedroom.

Location
The house is brilliantly located halfway up Earlsfield Road, so it’s a great spot in-between Wandsworth and Earlsfield town. We are a 10 minute walk from Earlsfield station, a 20 minute walk from Wandsworth Town and a 10 minute bus from Clapham Junction (or a 30min walk if you fancy).

A bit about us…
The 3 of us have known each other for many years and share the same group of friends. Tom works in the music industry as a technical scrum master, Ollie works in software sales and Jim for a tech startup. The 3 of us are big into sports, mainly football and golf. We also enjoy watching TV & movies, and all like to have fun at the weekends either playing sport or hanging out with friends. Jim works in the office most of the week and Ollie & Tom tend to split their weeks between WFH and the office.

We're also nicely located close to a couple of parks. Both Wandsworth Common and King George's Park are just a 10min walk.

The rent is £1,108 per month, including bills, wifi and a monthly cleaner (for communal areas and bathrooms).

Move in date is mid April.
