Bright Double Room

Furnished double room with a shared bathroom, however there's no one else really using it so it's pretty much yours.

Includes use of kitchen and can also use the garden.

I work from home and so use the lounge therefore this is not included in the share. I'm a Nutritional Therapist and so use the space for client calls sometimes, and so would need privacy at times. However, very rarely work in the evening. The kitchen might also be used at times and so I expect the kitchen to be kept spotless and clean.

The kitchen has recently been updated and is quite a nice large space. Access to the washing machine is in the basement but there's no dryer. So ideally washing clothes might be better at the launderette so you use the dryer, if the weather's good then you can hang the clothes outside.

I'm very flexible and down to earth.

The room is on the top floor, 2nd floor of the house and it's in the eaves. There's a lot of storage in the eaves.
