Bright Double Room in Earlsfield - Bills Included

We’re looking for a new housemate to join our house of young professionals situated in the heart of Earlsfield. You can get to the train station in two minutes, and the Wandle pub in one minute.

The room itself is a large double bedroom, with a vaulted ceiling that gets lots of natural light. You would share a bathroom with one other person. There is a spacious kitchen and living room on the ground floor. There is a lovely front courtyard you can sit outside in the summer to sunbathe or bbq.

The rent is £900 per month which has BILLS INCLUDED (water, gas, electricity, Wi-Fi, and TV license). The house is in Wandsworth Council Tax band G (£32 each a month currently). We also have a cleaner who comes once a fortnight that costs a further £15 a month.

The room is available for moving in anytime from the 4th May. We can be flexible on moving dates.

Earlsfield is a lovely and safe neighbourhood with a great selection of shops, restaurants and pubs. Great for wfh or commuting. It is very well-connected and from the house it takes 25 minutes to get to either Oxford Circus or Bank.

The housemates include Dan (26) works in insurance, George (27) also in insurance and Mike (28) who is a mechanical engineer. I have lived in this house for two years now but am looking to move in with my girlfriend.

We are a bunch of open fun and friendly guys who all enjoy going for a few beers, watching and occasionally playing sport (mainly football, rugby and cricket), but also each of us has our own thing going on. Having said that we all enjoy a chilled evening in too. We are looking for a similar like-minded guy.
