3 Double Rooms Available in Earlsfield House 🏠

Hey guys! We have three spare rooms in our 4 bed house in Earlsfield. I’ve been in the house for a year and absolutely love it - the other girls are moving out to different places but I’m signing for another two years. The house is absolutely gorgeous and we have a really easy going landlord. It’s super modern, with an open plan kitchen and dining room looking out onto bi fold doors to the garden. We have a seperate laundry room attached to the kitchen. The house has a separate front room where we have a tv & sofas for chilling 😊

All the rooms are absolutely lovely, we split the rent differently between the rooms as they’re all a bit different.

Bills are not included in rent and come back to £100 a month.

All the rooms come unfurnished but some of the girls might be open to selling some of their furniture.

Room 1: £1025 - good sized double room with your own bathroom with bath & waterfall shower.

Room 2: £1275 - the biggest room in the house, with lovely bay windows and a large en-suite with waterfall shower.

Room 3: £1175 - the top floor room, it’s a lovely attic room with a Juliette balcony & lots of eaves storage.

I’m looking for 3 girls aged 22-27 who also work full time with a combo of office & home. I work in logistics as an account manager and I'm in the office 5 days a week. Most rooms have space for desk but also happy for people to wfh in the kitchen!

I love to do spa and movie nights, go out to the pub, dinner parties in the garden and I am looking for my housemates to be friends too!

The house is a 10 minute walk from Earlsfield station, and is close to all the shops surrounding. Also quick bus to Clapham Junction and Tooting.

Move in date is June 9th and the contract is 2 years.
