Us:
There are 3 of us (2 females and 1 male). We are all in our 30s and all work full time. We are a friendly bunch but mostly get on with our own things.

The room and Flat:
The flat is located about 10 minutes walk from Earlsfield rail station and is located on the 2nd floor. There is no lift. The room comes furnished with a double bed, a built-in wardrobe, shelves and multiple set of drawers. There is additional storage in the hallway. Our flat is smoke and pet free. Our flat is a home and we take care to clean up after ourselves and each contributes to the costs of communal items.

Transport:
There are several bus stops directly outside the flat (270, 77 and 44)
Direct train to Waterloo in 15 minutes.
Direct train to Clapham Junction in 3 minutes.
Direct train to Wimbledon in 3 minutes.
Tooting Broadway underground station 15/20 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride away.

The area:
Earlsfield has plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops. Tesco Express is 2 minutes away, Lidl is 7 minutes, M&S is 10 minutes away and The gym group is 15 minutes away. There is a park nearby and Wimbledon AFC stadium nearby. Additionally, there is a laundrette and Evri parcel shop 2 minutes away.

water, council tax and internet bill included.
£660 rent PCM
£40 for electricity + gas PCM.(can be more in the winter)
Minimum of 6 months stay.
