Great Double Bedroom in Earlsfield!

We have beautiful large double bedroom available in our gorgeous house from July 11th. We’re located a short walk from Earlsfield Station and just off the high street where all the shops/pubs/restaurants are located. Tooting is also a short bus ride away, or a 20 minute walk.

The room is £813 p/m plus around £100 for bills (give or take per month) which includes a cleaner twice a month who cleans the whole house. The room will come unfurnished.

It’s is a large 4 bedroom house with lots of space and storage. It has a lovely open plan kitchen with bifold doors out into the garden.

Current flat mates- we’re all very sociable and big into our sports and work across a range of professions from construction to Teaching.

We’re looking for someone who’s clean, tidy and will respect the house (Not too much to ask!). Also someone who’s willing to socialise as a house but also comfortable doing their own thing.
