The flat is located between Earlsfield and Tooting Broadway - both very easy to access, with a bus stop located very close by. It’s a 10 minute walk to the centre of Earlsfield which is full of lovely independent shops, cafes and some great pubs. 10 minutes to Tooting Broadway with some more well known shops, fantastic pubs and the amazing Tooting Market.

The room available can come with or without a bed and has a large built in wardrobe.

The Landlord is looking for a minimum commitment of 12 months with a six months break clause.

Other tenant is me, Harry, I’m a gay man in my 30’s, I work in film and TV casting and work from home and the office. I am friendly and tidy and looking for someone similar who is happy chat and chill while watching TV or do our own thing. It’s not a party house as I like plenty of down time. I do on occasion host friends for dinner and have hosted a few board game days.
