Bright double room in Earlsfield

We’re looking for a friendly, easygoing third housemate to join our beautiful home in Earlsfield. The room is available from mid-April 2026.

The Room
A bright and quiet double room on the first floor, situated at the back of the house overlooking the garden. It has lots of natural light and comes fully furnished with a double bed with four built-in drawers, a fitted wardrobe with double hanging space and a large chest of drawers. You will share the bathroom with just one other housemate.

The House
It’s a spacious three bedroom house with a large light living/dining/kitchen area and a garden with deck and outdoor seating. The house is on a quiet road about 10-minutes walk from Earlsfield station and 15-minutes walk from Southfields station. We're right opposite King George's Park and a short walk from the shopping centre and Sainsbury's in Wandsworth.

About us
Laura, 35, works for a finance non-profit. She enjoys yoga, reading, running, getting outdoors in the countryside, and catching up with friends. Emma is 36 and works in marketing and events. She enjoys travelling, going to the gym, swimming and meeting friends. She also likes to spend time in the countryside by the sea in Devon where she grew up.

About you
We’re looking for a professional, female, aged 30+, who’s easy-going, considerate and values a clean, relaxed home. You’re someone who likes to be social but also values their own space. This would suit someone who doesn’t work from home full-time (occasional WFH is fine).

Bills
The room is £825 per month. The total monthly payment is £965 which includes all bills (TV licence, broadband, council tax, water, gas, electricity) and a cleaner who visits twice a month. We split the cost of essentials like cleaning products, etc.

Extras
On-street parking - permit costs about around £300. Free parking at weekends.
