Double bedroom with ensuite, Mon-Fri

Hello! I have a double bedroom with ensuite shower room available in my quiet 2 bed flat. I am looking for a Monday-Friday lodger. I would also consider a lodger for fewer nights per week - do get in touch to discuss if that would suit you.

It's a really cute room with wooden shutters and is freshly decorated. It has a large built in wardrobe too.

The flat is on the ground floor with a beautiful kitchen that goes straight out into the garden. The living room is open plan just off the kitchen complete with a comfy sofa and a tv that is frankly a bit too large...

The location is awesome. It's a 6 minute walk to Earlsfield station and 13 minutes to Wimbledon Park station. The road itself is quiet but it's a short walk to the shops, pubs & restaurants on Garratt Lane, and to a few parks for nice walks.

You would be sharing with me - a professional in my thirties. I work from home 2 days per week but am otherwise in the office. At home I love cooking, listening to REM and afrobeat jazz (not too loud, and lots of other music available on request) and curling up on the sofa.

I'm looking for a Monday-Friday lodger who is relaxed, clean and respectful. I'm very happy to socialise in the evenings but also give space & privacy where preferred.
