We’re on the lookout for a fun, friendly, and respectful new housemate to join our lovely four-bedroom home in Earlsfield. Sadly, one of our housemates is moving out after nearly seven great years (she’s off to live with her boyfriend), so her spacious room is up for grabs!
About the House:
This place is more than just a house — it’s a home. It's absolutely huge by London standards and just a 2-minute walk from Earlsfield Station (4 mins to Clapham Junction and 12 mins to Waterloo!).

The Room:
The room is a bright and spacious double room with a built in wardrobe and plenty of room for a desk if you work from home. The room is unfurnished, but the rest of the house is fully set up and homely. Our housemate is looking to sell some of her bedroom furniture if the new tenant is interested.
Bills:
Not included in rent, but they come to around £100/month each (including Wi-Fi, energy, council tax, etc.).
About Us:
You’ll be living with three professional women in our late 20s/early 30s. We all do our own thing but love hanging out when we’re around — think house dinners, reality TV marathons, games nights, and the occasional trip to the local pub.
We’re looking for someone who’s easygoing, clean, sociable, and who’ll treat the house as a home rather than just a place to crash. If that sounds like your vibe, we’d love to hear from you and arrange a viewing.
We have a great private landlord who is looking for someone who wants to stay for at least a year, and ideally longer.
Please note that the move out date of our housemate is yet to be confirmed but it will be around 25th April with some room for flexibility.
Another room will be available in the house in late-June/ early-July as I am moving back to New Zealand, so happy for people to come and view this room too if the later timeframe suits better.
