I'm looking for a new flatmate to join me in the flat I rent in SW17.
My current housemate is moving to Bristol due to a new job opportunity, so the room she has been occupying will be vacant.
It is £1000 a month + bills (£150 currently) each.

It is a cute 2 bedroom flat with 2 bathrooms, living room with open plan kitchen.
The flat comes with 2 bathrooms, 1 ensuite and the other main bathroom
We have a work from home set up in the living room

I am about 35 y/o female professional
I work in healthcare Monday to Friday and run a community interest company on the side on Sundays
I'm easy going, ensure the flat is clean and considerate
The area is really nice, with Wandsworth common a 5-7 minutes run or 10-15 minutes walk away
Tooting broadway is 20 minutes walk away and Earlsfield is 15 minutes walk away
Many places to eat, drink and socialise and also the best place to be if you are looking for a quiet space
