Furnished room available in four bedroom apartment. Moving out due to relocating overseas and looking to find a replacement housemate.

Current housemates are all professionals in their mid 20s and are friendly and happy to chat in the kitchen or living space, but also respect each other's privacy.

Apartment comes with a great kitchen (fridge, gas stovetop, oven, microwave, toaster, sandwich press, kettle) and one shared bathroom (combo bath & shower, with separate toilet). Shared living room has a TV and two couches.

All bills and tax included in rent, plus a weekly cleaner who does the shared spaces every Monday.
