Very affordable room available about a 5 minute walk from Earlsfield station. This is really well connected to Clapham Junction (3 minute train), Vauxhall (7 minutes) and Waterloo (11 minutes). The high street has a few nice brunch places, restaurants, charity shops and an M&S/Tesco express/Sainsburys local.

The room has plenty of storage space to the right of the bed (which you can't really see in my terrible photos) in the form of a big cupboard and chest of drawers. It is a good size with room for a desk, double bed and fair floor space around these.

Rent, broadband and council tax come to £740/month with bills (electricity, gas, water) normally adding another £50/60 depending on the season.

You will be living with four of the nicest housemates around - Wally, Jacob, Jacob and Kayla. They regularly go to the pub (wing wednesdays and pub quizzes are household favs), day trips (theatre/sport events etc.) and chill out together in the evenings, so this is perfect if you are looking to live with friends and not just cohabiters! Although they are sociable, they will also respect your space/privacy.
