Newly Reno - Double Room in Earlsfield / Tooting

I’m looking for a flatmate/lodger for a double bedroom in a lovely 2 bed, first floor flat I have recently purchased in the Earlsfield/Tooting area.

Currently unable to provide accurate photos as it will be going through a renovation but upon request, I’m happy to provide the ‘before’ photos. Essentially, it will be brand spanking new when you move in!
Also providing the floor plan for reference on the size. That will remain accurate as no walls are coming down - it’s got a very spacious living area and the bedrooms are both nice size doubles.

10 minute walk from Earlsfield Station
16 minute walk from Tooting Broadway Underground
Also very close to bus stops to either station
5 minute walk from the gorgeous Leather Bottle Pub

Move in date 🔑
Happy to be as flexible as possible but the ideal would be early February 2026

Monthly cost 💰
TBC but likely to be £1,100 all in (including bills)

A bit about me ✨
I’m 29 and have lived in London for 10 years. I work in Film, TV & Theatre and I’m mostly in the office on weekdays but WFH 1 day per week.

I’ve always lived in super friendly, social environments and would love for that to continue. Being queer friendly is ESSENTIAL and would love someone who cares about keeping where they live clean, tidy and homely.
