Room in 4 Bed house in Earlsfield available March

we are looking for people to fill the third and fourth room in this 4 bed house in Earlsfield. The rent is £1100 or £1200, depending on the room (excluding bills, circa £100 a month). Rooms are available for the start of March and it would be an 18 month contract with the option to leaver earlier under a change of name.

The house itself is a 4 bed house with a large open plan kitchen/living room, two office spaces and a garden.

The house is part furnished, one of the rooms comes with a bed and large built-in wardrobes. The other room is unfurnished (bar from a wardrobe) but the current tenant is happy to negotiate leaving some furniture behind.

The house is an 8 minute walk to Earlsfield station (national rail) and 15 minutes from Wimbledon Park (District line).

Our names are Daisy and Eliza.

Daisy is 24, and works in law. She has been living in the flat for coming up to 18 months and is excited to continue living in such a nice area (and finally get round to trying the wine bar on the corner).

Eliza is 23 and is a trainee solicitor and will also be moving into the flat in March.

We both love hosting people and having dinner parties but also love a quiet night in as a flat. We are looking for like minded people (of a similar age) who want to have fun as a house, hosting, brunching, going on runs and walks and going to the pub. But we also appreciate having our own space due to both working intense jobs.
