Double room in clean, cosy Earlsfield houseshare

I am moving back to Australia in March and so my room is available to rent from March 9th!

The flat is in Earlsfield which is a lovely, cute area with great transport connections into the city and a lot of cafes to meet up with friends or sit and read.

The room is a double room, fully furnished (double bed, set of drawers, built-in wardrobe) and gets pretty good light throughout the day. It is also at the back of the main road so you don't get the constant traffic noise.

The apartment is a 2 minute walk to Earlsfield station which takes you to Clapham Junction, Vauxhall or Waterloo (or further south towards Wimbledon and beyond). We are also a 12 minute walk from a huge Sainsbury's (or a 5 minute bus ride), and lots of charity shops sit on the high street beneath the apartment.

Hollie & Laura are the two housemates you'll be living with - Hollie is a teacher and Laura works in HR. We spend a lot of time watching tv shows together (Love Island, the Traitors and Ginny & Georgia have all been house favourites!) but are also respectful of each other's space and noise levels.

Rent is £916.66, and the deposit is £1019. Bills are around £100/m.
