The house is shared with 4 boys and 1 girl, all very friendly and welcoming. We enjoy the occasional pub trip together and a chat in the evening when cooking but equally respect each others space. The house is always quiet at night.
The kitchen comes with a large fridge, washing machine, dishwasher and plenty of storage. There is also a sofa to hang out on. We have a lovely garden with a BBQ and a jacuzzi!! (Needs a clean this summer but it does work).
The room is incredibly spacious with a super king bed and benefits from lots of natural light. It also feels very private as it is the only room on the top floor. I’ve loved living here for the past 2 and a half years, only moving out now to live with my partner.
Alls bills included are included in the rent, letting agents are very helpful with anything you need.
