As it is a female tenanted property, the flatmates have indicated their preference for a female flatmate.

The room is well furnished and has an orthopaedic bed, a double wardrobe and a six-set and two-set of drawers.

The flat is also well located for shops, gyms and movies as Southside shopping mall is a 10 minute walk.

Earlsfield is ideally located to commute into the city (12 minutes to waterloo on train), to Wimbledon (4 minutes), Clapham Junction (4 minutes) and there are also many buses going to Tooting, Wandsworth, Southfields, Putney, Fulham etc.

Rent is £720 and this includes all bills, wireless internet and a cleaner.
