Double Room with Small Balcony

A bright double bedroom with a small private balcony is becoming available in my flat as my current flatmate is moving out. The room will be available from 1st April and I’m looking for a female tenant to share the flat with.

The flat has a shared bathroom with a bath, and a spacious open-plan kitchen, living and dining area, which makes it a really comfortable and sociable space to live in.

The location is very convenient - the flat is just a 2-minute walk from Earlsfield train station, making commuting very easy. There are also parks nearby, along with plenty of great cafés, restaurants, Pilates studios and gyms, including Nuffield Health close by. The council tax band is D (Wandsworth Council).

You’d be sharing with me – friendly, tidy and work from home on Mondays and Fridays, so ideally looking for someone considerate of that during the day.
