Hello! We’re looking for a housemate to join us in a 4 bed we’ve recently signed for. The house feels super homely and well-furnished. It is spread over 3 floors, with three bathrooms/toilets and is lovely and bright. It has separate kitchen and living areas, plus a gorgeous south-west facing garden, which we are hoping to get lots of use out of in summer!

The room:
A good-sized double on the first floor, with a window facing the garden. Bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe comes with the house, so your room will be fully-furnished and there’s plenty of space for a desk.

A bit about us:
We’re three good friends in our mid/late 20s (26–28), working in film marketing, finance, and ecology. There are two girls (me and Harriet) and one guy (Lucas). Ideally we’d love another guy to balance things out, but we’re open to anyone who feels like a good fit. We all have our own lives and friendship groups, but we do enjoy spending time together — whether that’s going to gigs, cooking, or escaping the city for a hike. We're really looking to make this place a home so keen to find someone easygoing and up for socialising (think house meals, BBQs in the garden and occasional trips to the pub).
