I’m moving out at the end of April and we are looking for someone to take over my rooms.

The room is available from the 26th April. Bills are around £100 per month, which includes Wi-Fi. Council Tax is the cheapest in England!

The house has a very large living room and kitchen with doors onto the garden. There are 4 bedrooms and one spare bedroom, one room has an en-suite so you'd be sharing the bathroom with two others.

The room available is a large, bright room with built in wardrobes. The room is furnished - bed and wardrobes.

Earlsfield is a lovely area, the train station is a 10-15 minute walk away with trains to Waterloo via Clapham Junction every 3/4 minutes in the morning. Wandsworth is also a 10/15 minute walk away where there's a large Sainsburys, shopping centre and several gyms.

For house viewing days, ideally Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 5.30pm. Please let me know and we can sort a visit, thanks!
