I’m looking for someone to take over my room, which I’ve lived in for the past 5 years. Available on May 1st ( possibly a few days earlier) It’s a good-sized double room in a four-bedroom flat. The property has a large kitchen, a separate shower and toilet, and has been newly refurbished.
The flat is very well connected, with a bus stop right outside offering links to central London. It’s about a 10-minute walk to Earlsfield Overground station and around 20 minutes to Tooting Broadway.
Everyone in the flat is a working professional, so we’re ideally looking for a professional tenant. The rent includes all bills.
