Bright double room in Earlsfield

We’re Issy (28) and Sarah (28) and we’re looking for a third gal to join us in our 3 bed apartment in Earlsfield 🌞
We’re two working professionals, Issy is a Business Analyst and I work at a university. We both work both at home and in the office.

We’re looking for a working professional female, at least 26 years old, to join our lovely, homely flat! Our housemate Bella is moving in with her boyfriend, so her double room is free for move in from May 17th (potentially a bit earlier). The room available is a small double with a wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Rent is £870 per month and bills are around £80 per month. From May 17th we’ll be on a rolling contract. Our place is a 10 min walk from Earlsfield train station and theres a bus stop outside that goes to Tooting Broadway.

Both Issy and I love running, yoga, watching Glee (amongst other shows ofc) and baking treats. We don’t have a cleaner so we do our part to keep the flat clean and homely, so we’re looking for someone who is equally clean and wants a nice shared space.
We have a nice open plan kitchen and living room and you’d be sharing a bathroom with one other.
