We're looking for a new, friendly and tidy flatmate to share a bright, spacious flat with 3 others in Earlsfield.

The flat is in a great location close to the shops, bars and restaurants of Earlsfield as well as being just 10-minute walk from Earlsfield station (with very regular trains straight to Clapham Junction, Vauxhall and Waterloo) or a short bus ride/20 min walk to Tooting Broadway tube station for access to the Northern line.

The fully furnished flat is set over two floors (first and second floors) and comprises of 4 bedrooms (3 doubles and a small double), a spacious living room, a very good-sized kitchen/breakfast room, a downstairs toilet with sink and an upstairs bathroom.

A good sized double room (10' x 8'3 / 3.05m x 2.52m) is being offered which is nice and light. It is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, shelving and a chest of drawers. There is also a shared storage cupboard under the stairs, so there is ample space.

Rent is £696 a month and includes all bills (including council tax) except Wi-Fi, which costs around £7.50 per person (we're just about to change providers so may be a few quid more or less than this). The deposit is 5 weeks rent (£803).

We have a great (live-out) landlord who is available whenever we need him.

We are all professionals with independent lives and enjoy keeping the house relatively quiet and clean.
