I am a relaxed live in landlord looking for someone to rent a room from me Monday to Friday. I am a professional person, sporty and fun to be around! My mad party days are over but I certainly like a good glass of wine.
My flat is a good size and has a garden. A new kitchen was fitted a year and a half ago. The flat is on a lovely quiet residential street in Earlsfield. This is a great area to live with it's own local pubs, trains to Waterloo every 5 minutes and is near to Clapham and Wimbledon.
I am looking for a relaxed, friendly person who is considerate and tidy and has their own social life and interests.
The rent includes a weekly cleaner, all bills (there is no landline phone) and broadband.
