Double Bedroom in AMAZING House 2mins Earlsfield

We are a couple who purchased our home in January and are looking to rent out one of our double bedrooms for a Monday - Friday (650pcm) let or a short term let (2-4months/ 900pcm).

The House:
Beautiful four bedroom period house which includes a large kitchen / dining room with bi-folding doors onto a generous south facing garden and a separate living room. The house is 2 minute walk from Earlsfield train station which gives easy access to central London (13 minutes to Waterloo, 3 mins to Clapham Junction). Earlsfield itself is a lovely area, with parks, independent restaurants, shops and pubs.

The Room:
We are looking to rent our large, south facing double bedroom on the first floor of the property. The bedroom is light and airy, and had a fresh coat of paint and carpets cleaned when we moved in. A new double bed and wardrobe has been bought for the room.

Us:
We are a sociable couple who work fairly long hours during the week (Consulting / Banking). We are looking for someone who wants a home during the week, that will respect our home and space but also happy to have a chat over a cup of tea / glass of wine.
