I'm moving out of London so I'm looking for someone to replace me in my house share from 31 January 2024.

Practical information :
- Address W3 7TX 10 minutes walk from central line (East Acton) and 13 minutes from Elizabeth line (Acton main line), Lidl 6 minutes.
- 840 GBP per month all charges included including cleaning once a week for all communal areas.
- no couples
- This is a shared flat, a 2 storey house, 6 bedrooms with a small garden, kitchen/dining room with all equipment (2 ovens, 2 fridges, washing machine, microwave etc...), 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets.
- The bedroom is quite bright and large with a double bed and a sink in the room + storage.
