The flat is in a period building with allotments to the front and Trinity Way park behind, it is blissfully quiet. There is gated off-street parking, communal gardens and a great choice of public transport. Situated between the A40 and the Uxbridge Road.

I am a friendly professional. I’m sociable and like to meet new people. I am regularly out in the evenings. I have lived here for 16 years, Andi moved in a month ago and we are now looking for a third person. We are looking for a friendly and tidy professional.

Easy access Central London, Heathrow, Westfield and Chiswick Business Park.

• Oxford Circus in 20 minutes on the tube

• East Acton Tube – 10-minute walk

• Acton Central Overground – 10-minute walk

• Buses for central London both ends of the road choice of about 15 different bus routes.

• If you have a car there is easy access to motorways M40 and M4 (for Heathrow Airport) You will have a fob for the gates and secure off-street parking behind the flats.

The house is cleaned by a cleaner once a fortnight.
