This property is a stunning 3 level house, which we call our 'home'. We like you to feel like you rent a home, not just a room, we enjoy preparing meals together, and are a very friendly and social bunch. It is all about community and common respect for each other in our home and we can't wait for you to become a part of it.

The room available, is a large double on the 1st floor, and is a great space if you are working from home, or if you want some peace and quiet from the rest of the guys. This will typically suit a couple.

You have to be clean and tidy, as we make sure that every week, we are fair, and have a cleaning rota, so each room takes it in turn. This is a non negotiable for us!

We don't particularly like dishes left in sinks, as well as communal areas to be kept clean and tidy, for our community. We want to make sure that we have everyone living in a safe, tidy and clean environment.

We do have an awesome cleaner that comes in fortnightly to do the heavy duty cleaning though!

The majority of us work in film and TV production, so we love films, along with a good glass of vino or beer and good food!

In the summer months you will find us chilled out in the massive magical garden ! We love to have a bbq on the decking and spend time together sipping on cocktails and having a good time!

Though we must stress, this is not a party house! We are all working professionals and need to sleep sometimes still.

Our landlord is a really cool dude! He used to live in, and will always go out of his way to make sure the house is kept in good condition! So rest assured you are in good hands. He has also set up a whatsapp group that we are all a part of, so we can all always easily communicate. He prides himself on providing high quality accommodation to tenants so they feel like they rent a home not just a room!

It's a really beautiful home newly refurbished and everything works!

There are three full bathrooms in the house, so no morning rushes for the bathroom! Property is brand new and modern through out.

The double has a large double bed with memory foam mattress, bedside tables, study table ,wall to ceiling mirrored wardrobes, unlimited high speed fiber optic wireless broadband, massive amount of storage. The room has it's own heating and beautiful wooden floors.

The house is very quiet and clean, the neighbors are warm and friendly.

We are only a short stroll from East Acton & Acton Central station (max 10 mins walk). Acton Main Line (13 mins walk, 8 minute train to Paddington!) Large Asda a few minutes down the road. Virgin Active gym 5 minutes walk.
