1 double room will be opening up at the end of the April as I will be moving out to a more convenient location from my office.

About the flat…
The flat comes fully furnished and equipped with kitchenware.
Bills are included so you never have to worry about staying warm in the winter.
There is one toilet downstairs and one bathroom + toilet upstairs.

About the area…
Location of the flat is ideal with a massive Lidl 3 min walking distance from the flat, where you can do all of your day-to-day shopping. There are also a handful of places to eat within 2-3 min walking distance including No Drama (an amazing and vibrant cafe) and Hikari (Japanese restaurant).

There are new developments as well as student accommodation in the area, so it’s relatively safe.

Behind the flat is a park where dogowners will go out and let their dogs loose when the weather is nice. Also provides for a lot of peace and quiet in the evenings.

The flatmates are easy-going and not there to give you trouble! One MBA student from India, one professional from Malaysia, and one professional from England.
