Double Room in friendly flat

Hey Team, I am really sad to be leaving this house in East Acton, so am looking for a legend to take my place!

They are a nice bunch made up of kiwis, Brit’s and a Canadian + Archer the indoor cat. We all like to spend time together, but also appreciate each others space and privacy.

Looking for someone easy going, clean that doesn’t mind a beer on the weekend.

- 10 mins walk from the central line
- 20 mins walk from the Lizzie line
- 10 mins walk into East Acton - Lidl, Iceland, liquor store, kebab shop etc

The room itself is massive! It comes with a double bed, desk, huge built in cabinets & clothes rack.

The house has a large communal lounge, kitchen and has 3 bathrooms (plus an ensuite for one of the other rooms) meaning there’s never a wait or issue.

We have a patio area and shed out the back with a darts board and table tennis table.

Archer is our indoor cat, he is friendly.

Move in date tbc, as I am working on moving out date so can be discussed but like from the 10th April onwards.

Deposit amount tbc, will confirm assp, but is around £1000. all bills included in the rent including a bi-weekly cleaner.

Moving out as I am changing locations in london!
We have another room coming up in the same house around May/June should you have any friends also looking to move. This room is coming up as he is heading back to New Zealand.
