Large Room available in Acton Vale

Calling out all girlies in London!

Unfortunately I have been made redundant of my job a few months ago and will have to leave the UK due to not finding a sponsored job (😔😔😔) so need to find a a replacement this month to take over the house lease with my flatmate Maria.

About the flat:

Rent is £1,950 split between the 2 of us so £975 each without bills (which accumulate to around £200 each per month).

The flat is on the first floor, very cozy, we really made it feel like home with all the deco and furniture.

The room up for takes is very spacious with lots of natural lights as you can see. Most furniture comes with the room (ignore the white table as i still havent dismantled it lol to put away). The dresser, portable heater, desk and chair are mine which i’d he happy to sell for cheapp eeek 🪑

The flatmate:
Maria is 25, from New Zealand, working in London at a hotel management company. She’s so fun and the best flatmate ever i’m actually very sad about leaving but have no other option so whoever will decide to move in will be very happy!!

Location of the flat is quite good, equal distance to both East Acton, Shepherd’s Bush stations (central line) as well as Hammersmith station (circle + district lines) by bus. Cute coffee shops around the area and a tesco express 5mins walk away.

Please message me ONLY if you're seriously interested and would be able to move in around he 4th of April. I will need someone to pay the deposit by mid/end March to secure the room which should be £1,040 and take over my name in the contract.

Ideally Maria would want someone around the same age, working in London, who’s clean fun and a good flatmate. We’ll be scheduling viewings from 15th of March.
