Furnished Double Room in Quiet House with Garden

Dear All,

We are looking for a new housemate to join our friendly and relaxed house in the East Acton / Shepherd’s Bush area.

The house is a two-floor property with 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a spacious kitchen, and a comfortable living room. It also has a large private garden and parking available in front of the property.

On the ground floor you will find the kitchen, bathroom, living room, and one bedroom.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one of which will become available.

The double room is furnished with:

bed

wardrobe

bedside table

The kitchen is fully equipped, including oven, washing machine, and dishwasher.

Move-in date: 12 April (required)
We need someone who can move in from this date, as we will be renewing the tenancy for another 12 months and the new tenant must be included in the contract renewal.

Rent: £812.50 per month (bills not included)
Bills: usually between £70–£90 per month, depending on the season.

Deposit: 5 weeks rent, to be paid to the agency.

The house is rented as a whole, so utility contracts are shared between the housemates. The agency is only involved in reference checks, deposit handling, and the tenancy contract.

You will be sharing with three friendly working professionals:

Luca (works mostly from home)

Pietro (hotel porter)

Ahmed (night concierge)

The house has a very calm and respectful atmosphere. We all value a quiet home environment, respect each other’s space, and it is not a party house.

We are ideally looking for a working professional, but students are also welcome if they are quiet and respectful.

13 minutes walk to East Acton Station (Central Line)

20 minutes walk to Shepherd's Bush Market Station

8 minutes walk to a large Lidl supermarket

Smoking allowed only in the garden
Pets: not allowed
