Single room in quiet area, close to Central London

Single room, suitable for one person in a quiet residential area, centrally heated with laminate wooden floors, wireless internet and a big green garden. Shared kitchen and bathroom. The room is fully furnished with one single wooden frame bed with a mattress, an open wardrobe, a mirror, a chest of drawers (being delivered this week) and a standing lamp.

Zone 2, only 7 min walk from East Acton tube station (Central Line – 15 min to Oxford Street), even closer to local shops (Westfield nearby). The housemates are professionals who treat this house as their home and therefore keep it nice and clean.

We enjoy an occasional chat, meal or a glass of wine together. There is no living room so kitchen is the social space :) We also like it neat and clean and we have a cleaning rota so that every week it's somebody's turn to clean the house and common areas. Only additional extra: we buy and share the cost of the cleaning products and toilet paper, approximate cost £15 every three months.

£106 per week, all bills included, 3 weeks deposit required, no fixed-term contract but 3 weeks’ notice period expected.
