Come and join our friendly, sociable and relaxed house! We have a double room in our lovely and cosy garden apartment right in the centre of Denmark Hill, Peckham Rye, and East Dulwich- Zone 2.

This semi-furnished room is located on the ground floor of a beautiful townhouse house, with a spacious living room, kitchen, bathroom and large garden (great for long summer days and plenty of BBQing). Located in a quiet street, it is very close to London, London transport and all the shops and bars of the area. And most importantly, you will be living with a little long-haired dachshund named Poppy, who loves cuddles and being everyone’s shadow.

We’re looking for someone to join our abode. We’re a friendly and relaxed couple who enjoy drinking wine, making yummy food and travelling. We also have our own independent lives and would be hoping to find a young professional who is like-minded, and is friendly, tidy, chilled and who would like to join us in a beer or two.



Transport:

- Great links into Central London.
-Denmark Hill & Peckham Rye Overground stations are a 10mins walk away
- East Dulwich Station about a 5 mins walk away.
- Close to Camberwell College of Art
- 10 mins walk to King’s College Hospital and Maudsley (which is great when you are as clumsy as us).


Us:
- Chad is originally from South Africa and works in Accounting. I am originally from Australia and work for a peace organisation. We are social, relaxed, and enjoy traveling when we can.
- We have a friendly pooch called Poppy who loves cuddles from everyone- she will always be at the door ready to say hi.

Rent- £550 per month.
