Spacious single room in a dead end street in East Finchley. Very quiet area but still within 2 mins from underground station, you can be in King's Cross in 20 mins. The main East Finchley road with all shops is also very close - Iceland, Sainsbury's, Budgens, Subway, KFC, Costa, Pizza Hut all within 5 mins walking.

The rooms is in a 2 bedroom flat and you will be sharing with me - 29yo Software Engineer and my girlfriend 24yo student. We love to travel and spend time outside. We are also easygoing, clean and respectful but also expect the same from our new flatmate.

The price is 550pm including all bills except electricity which comes in at £20 each. The room is available to move from 22nd March.

There is a recently renovated bathroom and a large living room with dining and seating areas. There's also a fully equipped kitchen with a washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven and hob.
