There is a good size garden out the back for barbecues etc and on street parking subject to getting a permit.

The neighbourhood is very safe and friendly with some nice local pubs, gyms and coffee places. There are also several local parks and we are not far from Hampstead heath. Getting into town is very quick - you can get to soho / bank in about 30mins.

£480 (bills inc) for the “box room” - though its bright and airy and doesn’t feel cramped, has a nice double storage bed - and additional wardrobe and chest of drawers just outside the door.

£600 (bills inc) for the Big Double: this is a big room and currently houses a double bed, a sofa (tenants) and a desk - and lots of storage.
The flat is a 5 min walk from the tube station.

Current tenants are professional girls - a mixture of teachers and creatives - working a variety of hours - but do try to have the occasional dinner together! Looking for someone friendly who knows the correct end of a Hoover - when required.
