The TV lounge & kitchen is a really nice welcoming space to hang out, work or chill. The bathrooms always clean! There’s a private outdoor space for summer too.
Our home is clean and tidy with a calm friendly atmosphere!
We're only a 10 min walk from East Finchley tube station (there’s a bus too), a street away from the night bus with shops and amenities close by. Pure gym is only a 5 minute walk away. We’re close to Kenwood House, Stephen’s house and Muswell Hill so it’s great for outdoor and sporty types. There are free Tennis courts within walking distance too. Camden & Euston are only a few stops away too.
Nice area and good neighbours! No parking restrictions!
It’s a nice mix of people here, Latin, Nepalese & British! We're sociable but not intrusive, considerate, clean and tidy people! We enjoy cooking together, board games, Netflix & pottering out together sometimes too.
The room’s available from 16th March 2021 initial period of 6 months, rent in advance with a £400 deposit. All bills are included!
