Big room on quiet street

Hi there!

After two years I'm moving out of my lovely big room in a three bedroom house in East Finchley. The house is on a quiet street and a has lovely back garden that I'm really going to miss. There's a living room which opens out onto the garden, which is really nice for working in in spring and summer with both the doors open.

The bedroom is furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, table, bedside table and storage chest, as well as having a big storage cupboard with a clothing rail (which is ideal if, like me, you have a lot of Stuff). It's really big, so ideal if you're working from home and/or want space to do yoga!

The current flatmates are Faye, who works in travel and is amazing at art, and Claudio, a gardener and cat enthusiast from Spain. The area is quiet, with plenty of local shops (including a well-stocked Budgens about ten minutes away), lots of lovely cafes and bakeries, and one tube stop (or a 2 mile walk) from beautiful Highgate Woods. It's a 10 - 15 minute walk from East Finchley tube station (Northern Line), and we're on the 263 bus route which takes you right down to Highbury and Islington. I've walked through this area at all hours of the night and felt really safe.

Bills are around £100 a month.
